These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between any non-trading natural person wishing to make a purchase on the www.lolamayeras.com website. In this context, the buyer and the vendor agree that these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the order, as agreed to by the company, the Conditions of Use of the Site and the Privacy Policy, exclusively govern their relations.

LOLA MAYERAS shall do its utmost to ensure that photographic representations of the products are as accurate as possible. However, all the products are handmade and it is possible that the products differ slightly from the picture. The irregularities that might occur in the design of the product are part of the uniqueness of the pieces.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices shown on this website are net sales prices (VAT not applicable, according to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).The prices of the products are indicated in euros, prices may be modified at any time. However, it is understood that the price shown on the website on the day the order is confirmed shall be the only price applicable to the buyer.
The total amount payable to LOLA MAYERAS for an order is the sum of the prices of all the products ordered as indicated on the website on the date of the order (Product Subtotal) and the delivery charges.

In the event that LOLA MAYERAS should fail in its obligations defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or by other legal provisions (such failure including any defects inherent to the Product), LOLA MAYERAS’s liability shall be limited to the reimbursement or replacement of the Products in question.
DEFECT OF AN ARTICLE
Lola Mayeras pays the most attention to the quality of its products. If however, despite all the quality checks made, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to make a complaint by e-mail to info@lolamayeras.com within a maximum of 72 hours from the delivery of the order. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. The complaint must be motivated and accompanied by proof of the defect (photographs for example). Upon receipt of the complaint formulated by the customer, LOLA MAYERAS undertakes to send an e-mail to the Customer acknowledging receipt of the claim.
In case of proven defect, the refund including the price of the product concerned will be made without delay and at the latest within seven (7) working days following the date of “notification of acceptance of assumption”.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the buyer agrees to contact the company LOLA MAYERAS first through the www.lolamayeras.com site to find an amicable solution.
DELIVERY
The products are available for delivery to the address of your choice. It is your responsibility to provide us with all details necessary to ensure the proper delivery of your order.
Depending on your order, LOLA MAYERAS can offer you different delivery services. Your total share of the freight costs depends on the delivery method you choose and is reiterated during the delivery step of the online ordering process before its validation.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In application of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his own expense and risk, the item or items that would not be suitable, for an exchange or a refund. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, however the cost of return will be the responsibility of the buyer and the conditions of the shipment and must be identical. LOLA MAYERAS recommends to the Customer to return the products with a recommendation or a complementary insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss the package or packages.
Once the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, LOLA MAYERAS undertakes to reimburse him within 14 days from the date on which this right was exercised (Article L.121- 20-1 of the Code de la Consommation), the totality of the sums paid, with the exception of the expenses of return. When the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
If the return of the product (s) purchased (s) is due to an error on the part of LOLA MAYERAS, the return costs will be fully refunded to the Customer.
FORCE MAJEURE
