These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.lolamayeras.com.
By placing an order, customers agree to these conditions.
The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time of purchase.

PRODUCTS

Lola Mayeras offers ceramic objects, homeware, textiles and collectible design pieces.
Products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in colour, shape and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of certain pieces, without affecting their conformity with the product description.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euros (€).
VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Payment is required at the time of purchase using the available secure payment methods.
Prices may be modified at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lola Mayeras ships worldwide.

Delivery times, customs information and shipping conditions are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.
The risk of loss or damage during delivery remains with Lola Mayeras until the customer receives the goods, except where otherwise provided by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact info@lolamayeras.com or use the withdrawal form below.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds include standard original shipping costs where required by law and are processed within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return are received.
Clearly personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

DAMAGED ITEMS & LEGAL GUARANTEES

Every piece is carefully packaged before shipping.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@lolamayeras.com with your order number and photographs.
Customers benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including the French two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original designs, artworks, illustrations and texts presented on www.lolamayeras.com are the intellectual property of Lola Mayeras.
Photographs by Bram van Dijk / Nahmlos remain the intellectual property of their author.
Purchasing an object does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to its design.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of protected content is prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
